Recently, with a successful commissioning work of the unmanned operate automatic crane system supply to hot rolling mill for our customer in the steel industry in Hebei province, China. It is a milestone represents Nucleon Crane standing in the forefront of Chinese crane industry and pushing forward our limits of development towards intellectual manufacturing.

This new system is able to complete automatic operating task without crane operator attendant, at the same time the steel coil can be searching, transport and unloading all by crane itself through visual recognition technology and automatic control system, so as to dramatically elevate coil handling and storage rates in more safety ways and save manpower cost at the same time. The automatic crane system smoothly put into operation in steel hot rolling mill virtually merge the gap of shared information between production and logistics, transform product manufacturing patterns into intelligent management and improve intellectual manufacturing standard.
